Extra Details: This page doesn't have any episodes or seasons on it, but is locked from adding any seasons at all. Can it be unlocked so the information for its two seasons can be updated? Thanks!

If you change the tv status from Ended to Returning that should reactivate the add season button. You can then add the missing seasons/episodes. Please be sure to change it back to Ended when you're done.
