I think he meant the episode 24 and sometimes 25 of the season 4 to 8. They are all listed in season 0 on tmdb database now, whereas on wikipedia, its consistent. I think they should be back to the seasons too.

There are no such episodes listed in season 0.
Seasons 4 to 8 are correctly listed with only 23 episodes (the last one of each season was originally a double length episode).

oh sorry, when I said season 0, i meant the specialities, as the E24 of the S4-8 are listedin specialities. they are the same thing when i used NAS system based on TMDB system. Sorry about the confusion.

Ok now I got it: its the difference in our language versions of this page leads to the misunderstandings between us.
You see, when I was opening this page in Chinese (my native language), the very first few titles were called 'S4 E24; etc. but while i opened the link you provided in English (notice the "language=en-US" ), it somehow showed some whole different titles.
to prove my words, please check this pic: the same TMDB page in Chinese
the original reporter of this post (and the other post written in Chinese) might have met the same problem.

Feel free to correct the Chinese transqlation. It should be aligned with the English titles.

I'm sorry for not explaining the issue clearly at first—I wasn’t entirely sure what the problem was myself. After some digging, I realized the issue stems from differences between how the series was originally aired on TV and how it’s presented on DVD or streaming platforms. The problem is that neither Kodi nor TinyMediaManager can properly scrape my version of the series.
I’m reaching out to inquire about the possibility of creating a new Episode Group for Friends (1994–2004) to support users who have the series in the format where certain episodes are split into Part 1 and Part 2, as originally aired on NBC. Currently, TMDb combines these episodes into single entries (e.g., following the DVD/streaming format), which causes issues when scraping the series in Kodi for users with the split-episode versions.
For example, the following episodes are listed as Part 1 and Part 2 on IMDb but combined into a single episode on TMDb:
Season 2, Episode 12–13: IMDb: The One After the Superbowl: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The One After the Superbowl (S2E12) Season 3, Episode 1–2: IMDb: The One with the Princess Leia Fantasy: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The One with the Princess Leia Fantasy (S3E1) Season 4, Episode 23–24: IMDb: The One with Ross’s Wedding: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The One with Ross’s Wedding (S4E23) Season 6, Episode 15–16: IMDb: The One That Could Have Been: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The One That Could Have Been (S6E15) Season 7, Episode 24–25: IMDb: The One with Monica and Chandler’s Wedding: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The One with Monica and Chandler’s Wedding (S7E24) Season 10, Episode 17–18: IMDb: The Last One: Part 1 and Part 2 TMDb: The Last One (S10E17)
Would it be possible to create an Episode Group that reflects the original NBC broadcast format with these episodes split into Part 1 and Part 2? This would greatly improve compatibility for Kodi users whose files match the broadcast format. Alternatively, could you recommend the best approach for handling this in Kodi, such as custom metadata or a specific scraper setting?

It is not possible to create an episode group for that. An episode can't be split inside an episode group.
