I noticed that the episode 24 (for some season, even 25) of the season 4, 5,6,7,8 were all listed in the season 0. which is weird, and so confused, is there any particular reason of this?

There are no such episodes listed in season 0.
Seasons 4 to 8 are correctly listed with only 23 episodes (the last one of each season was originally a double length episode).
