All the episodes are duplicates of specials of Scrubs, not only episode 5.
So, the main question is : Should this series be listed separately here or as special episodes of Scrubs.

Yes I am sorry, I didn't see a way to "report" a problem for the entire series. You are correct.
IMO these should be listed as specials in Scrubs. The content is largely canon to Scrubs, and takes place and aired alongside S8.
