Blair says this in the Last Drive-in episode. I did wonder if they would ever say anything, or try to make a connection, between Blair Warner and Patty Hearst. Two rich girls. In one episode Blair did say something about knowing Gloria Vanderbilt and her sons, but didn't say Anderson Cooper, so she obviously knew the rich and powerful well.
