Extra Details: the entry for the last episode of the final season is missing. there has to be an entry for s04e21 title: "Daybreak (3)". i read in the bible i can report it this way and the status field can be unlocked so that someone could add the missing episode and close it afterwards.

That's true. However, based on previous reports, the last episode was initially broadcast as a double episode.
