I've read all of the stories before, and watched a few episodes of the Jeremy Brett version a while back. I decided to come to this show as it was so highly rated and I was interested, and it did not disappoint!

No doubt, those two really work well together and just kept getting better. I caught it right when it was released in the U.S. and was hooked. I tried then to get all my friends watching but they ignored me. A few seasons later they were ranting and raving about new show to me and I just scratched my head. It was really slow to catch on in my circle of friends but now we all talk about. Here in the NW I wanted a coat like his and found they were selling them for jacked up prices. I should have looked earlier.

Me too. Long time IMDb citizen, but no longer. Iยดm sure this site will grow strong and healthy during the next few months. We just need some time to get used to our new home.

Hello, Rose!
In your TMDB homepage you mention: N/A Most Anticipated Television Show Seasons, 2017: Sherlock, Stranger Things, ASOUE, Attack on Titan
Do you mean you anticipate watching the 2017 Sherlock series that aired in January via Netflix? If you live in the US, many libraries will also carry the series to be checked-out for home viewing.

I'm from IMDb as well. I searched on google for an alternative following the closing of the boards on IMDb. It's a shame, even without taking into account the trolling they had a lot of user content which I would be surprise for TMDb to have in such quantity. I'll keep TMDb but anyone know other media where there are message boards like this one to enlarge my scope even more?

Hi, Kayven.
All of us here appear to be newcomers from IMDb, which had informed us all that Facebook, Twitter, and other websites that provide countless opportunities for conversation.
A few women on Benedict Cumberbatch's IMDb board made suggestions and I joined C19, in addition to TMDb. It is located at http://c19.proboards.com/ and is strictly a discussion board. C19 has no informational listings for films, TV shows, actors, or directors as this one does. People there are very welcoming, yet - again - it is only as a forum . I found it and it is often challenging to make replies. Sometimes the "reply" button is at the top right of the conversation or underneath the latest response. Other times it is invisible and impossible to find, even though there are How-To instructions. The information works sometimes and not at all other times.
Try Facebook for Sherlock options as there are many. Some are closed and many are not, so you ought to be able to find a match at one or more of those. Best wishes!

Welcome, Pinjetre, Kayven, and Ahstaroth.
We want to know what held your interest at IMDb, why you visited this page, what you like or don't like about Sherlock, if you read Arthur Conan Doyle's books and stories about Sherlock Holmes or not, if you found Sherlock in 2010 or just this last season, and who your favorite actor is for the world famous Holmes role.
Please add your comments, ideas, opinions, and new subjects in order to keep this thread or a new one moving. Many people have stopped by and identified themselves as coming from IMDb without providing anything about themselves or their interests.
Think of being questioned by Scotland Yard or the FBI, except with entertainment as the goal. Thanks!
