Extra Details: Can the title change of this episode be confirmed. Its been changed from "Judgment Day" to "Judgement Day" and from what I can see at various online sources the way it was originally seems correct so would like it validated please.

Based on this archive of the official site at the time of the broadcast, the title "Judgement Day" seems correct.

@superboy97 asked me to look into this and it appears like the episode was supposed to be titled "Judgment Day" (no "e") but the NBC website added the episode as "Judgement Day" instead and kept it like that until sometime after June 1 but before June 7.
Based on that, @superboy97 is correct in that the title used on TMDB should be "Judgement Day" instead of "Judgment Day."
