Extra Details: S24 (2012) E2-E17 need to be deleted, they are from S23 (2011)

S23 (2011) through S35 (2023) need moved up by one (S24 through S36) in order to insert 2010 as the new S23, this was missed by whoever keyed this previously.

Current temporary S36 (2010) should then be amended to S23.
