A corpse symbolically placed on the border line of the bridge that connects Greece with Turkey, forces the Greek police officer Sofia Bakalis and the Turkish Kenan Karaman to undertake the case of the unusual murder. Very quickly, the two police officers realize that things are not so simple. Unsuspecting of the political forces involved and trying to solve the case, Sophia and Kenan will be in mortal danger, as the perpetrators do everything to hide an explosive secret.

However, the price of the truth is much higher than they imagine, with its revelation threatening to lead even to a Greek-Turkish conflict. In the end, Sophia and Kenan will be asked to decide what matters most: their task or their life.

Een lijk dat symbolisch op de grenslijn van de brug is geplaatst die Griekenland met Turkije verbindt, dwingt de Griekse politieagent Sofia Bakalis en de Turkse Kenan Karaman om de zaak van de ongewone moord op zich te nemen. Al snel realiseren de twee politieagenten zich dat de dingen niet zo eenvoudig zijn. Nietsvermoedend van de betrokken politieke krachten en in een poging de zaak op te lossen, zullen Sophia en Kenan in levensgevaar verkeren, aangezien de daders er alles aan doen om een explosief geheim te verbergen.

De prijs van de waarheid is echter veel hoger dan ze denken, met de onthulling ervan die zelfs dreigt te leiden tot een Grieks-Turks conflict. Uiteindelijk wordt Sophia en Kenan gevraagd om te beslissen waar het om gaat: hun taak of hun leven.

Η πλοκή αρχίσει με ένα πτώμα τοποθετημένο με συμβολικό τρόπο στη συνοριακή γραμμή γέφυρας που ενώνει Ελλάδα- Τουρκία και αναγκάζει την Ελληνίδα αστυνομικό Σοφία Μπακάλη (την κάνει η Γιαννίκου) και τον Τούρκο συνάδελφο της Κενάν Καραμάν (τον κάνει ο Χακί) να αναλάβουν την διαλεύκανση της υπόθεσης. Οι δύο αστυνομικοί σύντομα συνειδητοποιούν ότι τα πράγματα στην υπόθεση που ανέλαβαν δεν είναι τόσο απλά. Ανυποψίαστοι για τις πολιτικές δυνάμεις που εμπλέκονται και προσπαθώντας να εξιχνιάσουν την υπόθεση, η Μπακάλη και ο Καραμάν θα βρεθούν σε θανάσιμο κίνδυνο, καθώς οι υπαίτιοι κάνουν τα πάντα προκειμένου να συγκαλύψουν ένα εκρηκτικό μυστικό. Η αποκάλυψη της αλήθειας μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε ελληνοτουρκική σύρραξη...
