يحكي المسلسل قصة شاب يدعى علي (يوسف الشريف) يزج به إلى السجن ظلما، وعندما يخرج يجد فتاته تزوجت من غيره، فيبدأ في البحث عن عمل ويعمل عند أحد رجال الأعمال (صلاح عبد الله) ويقع فى حب فتاة أخرى، ولكن الظروف الاجتماعية التي تحيط به لا تسمح له بالزواج منها، وتتوالى الأحداث

The series revolves around Ali ( Youssef El-Sherif) who gets unjustly imprisoned and after getting out, he finds his girl married to another man. He starts over and works for a businessman (Salah Abdallah) and falls in love with another girl but his social conditions prevents him from marrying her
