English Title Issue

The original language of the TV program is Spanish. Although the titles in English and Spanish are the same, if the localized translation of English is not set, users will see the title of the second preferred language instead of English. Please add Smiley to the English locked title, thank you!

As per our rules, the translated title should be locked empty if it is identical to the original title.
By setting a fallback language, you explicitly ask to see the titles in that language in such cases.
