These are not actual specials. They are appended to the end and considered part of the episodes aired on Dec. 1, Dec. 8, and Dec. 15. They replace the traditional post-credits Professor Friede's Pokémon Seminar (フリード博士のポケモンゼミ) section that's appeared at the end of every episode since episode 2, with the exception of episode 18.
