Reported Problem for The Chosen One

Item: The Chosen One

Type of Problem: Design_issue

Extra Details: I can't upload the backdrop. It says "Image is already added to this TV show". The same situation with the season poster, "Image is already added to this season". There are no backdrops and no season images uploaded, both galleries are empty.
