No English episode titles and description have been officially released. And according to Netflix, season 3 begins on June 5, not July 11.

Please provide a link to where Lego announced the episode titles and overviews, as you say they have.

They added clips of the first 3 episodes so far with the titles shown here; https://kids.lego.com/en-gb/shows/dreamsmasher and these clips confirm the titles that previously one of the creators of the show stated was legit on Twitter: https://x.com/TommyAndreasen/status/1914296942588277189. These English titles were confirmed all the way back in April, which after that several other countries also confirmed the info by listing the episode info in their own respective languages, proving it was legitimate in case the writers and LEGO.com weren't enough for you. https://www.ruutu.fi/ohjelmat/lego-dreamzzz?t=26003~kausi-3, https://www.wunschliste.de/serie/dreamzzz-abenteuer-der-traumwelten#tv, https://tvmag.lefigaro.fr/programme-tv/programme/dreamzzz-f277895594

That lego.com link is something called "Dreamsmasher: Things to Come." The LEGO Dreamzzz page on LEGO for kids is here and there is no season 3 listed.
Those are in Finnish, German and French, respectively, not the English episode titles and overviews that you said Lego has announced and I asked you to provide a source for.

Wunschliste includes the English overviews and original titles when you view the TV section, Tommy Andreasen confirmed them before any other site listed them, he is one of the creators of the show. Also, Dreamsmashers is clips of Season 3 episodes and when you watch them, they say the episode number and title at some point in the video.
