Please see my notes on your other report for the "big picture" on Pokemon. However, in regards to these particular episodes, I'm not sure your statement is true. I can find airdates for these episodes Japan. Additionally, just because something didn't air on TV doesn't mean it automatically goes in the specials category. I don't know where some anime editors are getting that idea, but it's not true. It is handled on the case-by-case basis. So feel free to discuss this one with me further so we can figure out what's best.
