After Kaala's shocking arrest, Pratap bails him out, names him chairman of the Tara Singh Memorial Trust and announces his debut single under the Teeja Sur label. Jazz meets with Kaala to talk some sense into him, but Kaala is fixated on revenge against his father's killers. Later, he receives information from Jugal and Gurpal about the identity of the killer. What will Kaala do now?

While Jazz gets an ultimatum from her mother, Kaala's attempts to hire local gangs to kill Pratap backfire and he convinces Jagga, who came to his rescue, to kill Pratap and Baldev. Meanwhile, Guru, in a bid to impress his father with a fresh start, takes on the mantle of expanding the Teeja Sur empire and meets with an investor.

Kaala's stardom has expounded and, although he is greeted with all the shimmer and glimmer, it all feels empty to him. While Prata develops a soft corner for Kaala, Guru grows suspicious of Kaala's motives. Meanwhile, Gurpal's lead on the handwriting match leads him to Gurnampur, where he is met with hostility, as Jazz spirals.

As Guru and Kaala meet with investors, Pratap, in his distaste for K-Records, insults Shweta and sides with Sethi. During the IPO launch, a gang infiltrates the party, ready to kill Pratap once Kaala hands over the bullets to them. However, Kaala backs out at the last minute, believing no artist should be killed on stage like his father. Meanwhile, Gurpal realizes Pratap is not responsible for Kaala's father's murder, but fails to reach him on time, as Jagga ambushes Pratap's car and shoots him.

While Pratap fights for his life in the ICU, Guru confronts Jai about his father's Will and investigates the attack. While being airlifted, a guilt-ridden Pratap confesses to Kaala that he ordered the hit on Tara, leading Kaala to tamper with Pratap's oxygen supply. Later, Kaala learns that Jazz left for London, but when he finds her in his home, he asks her to marry him. With Pratap in a coma, Sethi threatens to sell to K-Records, leaving Team Teeja Sur with 24 hours to secure INR 200 crores.

While Rocky arranges for funds, Guru vows to protect his father's legacy. Shweta eyes Sethi's shares and contacts Kaala to help secure a controlling stake. With everyone vying for control of Teeja Sur, Kaala deploys the final strategy in his plan. Who will come out on top and gain control of Teeja Sur?
