Extra Details: As far as I'm concerned, when there's just "Episode One" as a translated title, then there should be left a blank space instead of it.

The title on Max is "Episode One," with the number being spelled out, which is similar to but distinct from "Episode 1." And there is no way to set an empty episode title; the default value that always appears on TMDB is "Episode #."
