Extra Details: It appears that because this is ended it is locked - and a 'new' season cannot be added. But I cannot add cast and crew without there being a season added first.

I added an empty season; I suggest the episodes are added before the cast and crew members. Thanks for the report.

Great! Did as you suggested. Added the 2 episodes first, then added a few cast and crew to get it started. Worked perfectly. Thanks for your help.
