After spending the night together, Zhang Yi Qing and Tu Jing He’s feelings for each other go through a change. Wang Chan continues to learn business management from Tang Du Zhi and competes with his new colleague Ian, who has returned from the US.

Wang Zhan asks Ian for help in planning a surprise birthday party for Tang Du Zhi, unaware of how Tang Du Zhi might take such a gesture. Zhang Yi Ching clashes with Tang Du Zhi, forcing him to make a decision about how he feels for Wang Zhan and the latter's dedication.
