Notice how "Jo Frost" is a cast member in this duplicate entry and is also mentioned in the "Overview" of the original entry?

They are two different Supernanny series. The US adaptation is also with Jo Frost. Most of the seven seasons are original episodes set in the US, but it looks like they also re-used some footage from the UK series.
