Extra Details: Seasons 3 and 4 have some Episode names messed up, along with missing episodes as well. There are 62 episodes total, not 60.

All the episodes are there, listed in the order of the original broadcast.
Which episodes do you think are missing ?

I was trying to add the bluray order to the series, but episodes XXXVII & XXXVIII are missing from season 3, along with episode XLVI from season 4. This is due to Scotsman Saves Jack been 2 parts in season 4, and Birth of Evil also been 2 parts for season 3.

They were originally broadcasted as one single parts.

Either you enter it with the episodes split and/or merged the way they were originally broadcasted or you don't enter it.

Âs indicate in my answer above, you can't. You need to keep the split and/or merge that have been used for the original broadcast.
