TMDB does not use release times, only release dates. Release dates are based on the networks' (Dropout's) air dates, which are based in the US. The first episode was released on April 18th at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PT (as seen here: https://x.com/parlorroomdo/status/1913246398528803294). You posted this report 5½ hours before the episode dropped. There is nothing wrong with the dates listed currently.
