In a flashback to 25 years in the past, Stolas meets Blitzø, who becomes his first friend. Flash forward to shortly before the present, and they meet again for the first time since on a night that kickstarts their monthly arrangement.

In an effort to watch Azathoth's tears descend onto Earth, an event that Stolas promised to take her to but forgot to, Octavia steals his grimoire from the I.M.P's office to do so but ends up getting lost in Hollywood.

The I.M.P are invited to meet a mysterious figure offering them a vague job. Upon arrival, Moxxie realizes that he is far more familiar with the place and the figure than he'd like to be.

When Striker kidnaps Stolas, Millie and Moxxie must rescue him while Blitzø takes Loona to the vet.

Due to Blitzø being preoccupied, Moxxie takes an opportunity to lead a mission for the first time, in which he and Millie travel to Earth to investigate the death of a camper and kill the culprit.

Upon being abducted by Crimson and Striker so that they may be used as ransom, Blitzø and Fizzarolli are forced to confront each other over their mutual hatred for each other following the explosive ending of their childhood friendship.

Fizzarolli participates in Mammon's annual clown pageant, which he has done every year since Mammon began hosting them and won in each of them. However, with the help of Asmodeus and Blitzø, he realizes that things need to change.

On Earth, the Cherubs partner with the D.H.O.R.K.S. after being captured by them and discovering their mutual disdain for the I.M.P. Meanwhile, in Hell, Blitzø prepares for his monthly meeting with Stolas.

Millie helps Blitz deal with his NOT-breakup and things happen. WARNING: Happy Halloween.

When Andrealphus learns that Blitzø has been illegally accessing Stolas' Grimoire, I.M.P. is arrested and put on trial, where they must defend themselves against the court's harsh accusations.

Stolas tries to contact Via. Sinsmas starts.
