Someone changed the episodes again since I reported this issue. Right now, the episode 3x22 seems ok, but there are other problems. From 3x22 we jump to 3x30 and 3x31, and the names of 3x30 and 3x31 are repeated as 4x01 and 4x02.

Based on the Fandom (401 and 402), as well as this previous content report, I have removed the episodes 3x30 and 3x31.
