The teacher assumed, and Archer didn't correct her, that the following 250 years on Earth after they left, were just peaceful progress. But they probably missed the Civil War, and definitely missed WW I, WW II, and WW III/Eugenics Wars etc. THAT is where most of the technological progress came from, that resulted in a Warp 5 starship. Seen in that context, their "backwards" planet might not have been so bad.

But good or bad all depend on which point of view you are looking at the situation

Of course, that's not the point. Execution of a murderer doesn't mean that we ALL end up executed. Only the murderers.

Well for once History turned the card for the white man being kidnapped from their homes and being used as slaves.

You mean for current peoples on Earth? Or from aliens?
Maybe we'll only be invaded by the Pakleds. They're just looking for things. Things to make them go!
We can give them a whole lot of Ex-Lax!

And, once the Xindi were dealt with, Archer needed to go find the aliens who abducted those humans and get some justice!

The aliens who abducted them were on the same planet.

Some of them were, or at least the descendants of some of the ship's crew. But they were setting up a new colony on that planet, the original home world of the aliens was elsewhere. That's who I meant.

I think you are missing the point of the episode since it was the opposite of what you are suggesting ,which is to free ourselves of primal responses such as revenge or vengeance and that we can't blame the children for their (grand)parent's mistakes or wrong doings.

Fine, but they could at least make sure those aliens aren't still doing the same thing to others!
