She's doing a Madonna. Born and raised in Detroit but speaks with a Brit accent just because she lives there. If she decided to move to Australia, you can bet she'd be all of a sudden speaking with an Australian accent.

Tina Turner does that too. I'm sure she now speaks with a Swiss accent. Especially now that she's a citizen.

My biggest people related pet peeves are:

1) people who are arrogant; 2) people who are conceited; and 3) people who are pretentious.
