S7E19 "Puka 'Ana"

This episode is more than just about the two cases of the week: sex trafficking and drugs. It is about the women who are misled and horribly abused by evil men.

Kono is strongly affected by the plight of the sexually exploited girls, some who are as young as seven years old, and loses her cool. She breaks a car window with her fist, punches the abusive teacher and finally beats up the pimp with some nice fighting moves.

The bad guys, the pimp, the pedophile, the drug dealer, the boy friend, all are caught or killed in this fast paced episode.

The girls will spend some time on Pearl Haven, a sanctuary for underaged girls who have been sexually abused.

Kono: "Is it possible to come back from something like this?"

Anna: "Yes, but it won't be easy."
