Could you provide a screenshot of the credit from an episode?
I can only find the English subtitled version by Funimation (which has the credits in English) so Keiko Nobumoto is credited as "Original Story by" alongside BONES, the animation studio for the anime, and the Japanese Wikipedia page for the anime uses "原作" as her credit, which is not the same thing as a "Created by" or "Developed by" credit.

Oh. I thought you meant Japanese wikipedia. No then in the series she is credited as only responsible for original story.
