Season split and other general guidelines (thread in English and Czech)

Users started to ask me about proper season split of the TV Show Ulice, which airs on TV Nova continuously since 2005-09-05 to this day. Because there are more contributors to this TV show, here are our general rules which all should follow. At the end I've also added Czech translation of these guidelines for users convenience and clarity of rules.
1/ Season split
As per our guidelines the TV show Ulice is "Continuous show", because:
- As of today, this TV show has 4445 episodes. There are no onscreen episode names and episodes are referenced only by their numbers, which were never reset as is usually the case at the start of a new season.
- There is no season split on the official TV show website, as is the case of other TV shows made by TV Nova, e.g. Ordinace v růžové zahradě, which is split into 2 season with episode numbering reset at the start of season 2.
This TV show is only split into 18 seasons on the Voyo VOD service (official VOD service of TV Nova), with the season break happening always between August/September (i.e. on the TV show anniversary). Unfortunatelly, we cannot use Voyo as the source, because the current season split appeared on the Voyo only in the summer 2021, while TMDB requires to use original episode order and season split at the time of broadcast.
From the abovementioned follows, that we must apply this rule from our TMDB Bible:
Continuous Shows
Episodes are sometimes not split into proper seasons. This is often the case with soap opera and anime series. These shows should only have one season, which contains all the episodes.
Therefore all episodes of the TV Show Ulice belong to a single season.
On the other hand, our support for seasons with extreme number of episodes is suboptimal and adding 4400+ episodes into a single season is very likely impossible to accomplish due to various technical difficulties (our biggest season with 1438 episodes is added to TV Show Match Game and it is already difficult to load and edit whole season on slower computers).
With regard to the abovementioned problem I agreed with other mods to give a one-time temporary exception from our guidelines and allow to use Voyo (official VOD service of TV Nova) season split. When there is a better support of extremely long seasons (e.g. pagination), we will move all episodes into a single season as required by our guidelines and Voyo season split can be added as an alternative episode order.
For your information, here is the current season split used by Voyo VOD service:

2/ Pilot episode
There was an unnumbered pilot episode aired on 2005-09-04 (i.e. one day before the TV show started) and this pilot episode is listed before the Episode 1 on the Voyo VOD service (see this screenshot).
For the pilot episode we should apply following rule from our TMDB Bible:
Episode Number
The first episode of a season is always "1" not "0". Episodes officially released as "Episode 0" are added in the Specials. This is also true for episodes released as "Episode 0.5" as well as any other odd-numbered or unnumbered episodes.
Therefore, the pilot episode should be added in Specials (Season 0) as Episode 1 (S00E01).
3/ Special episodes
There is a number of special episodes (unnumbered Christmas episodes, episodes made during the Covid-19 pandemic), which should be handled as per the following rules from our TMDB Bible:
Specials
The special season is always Season 0.
Special episodes are any episodes that did not originally air as part of a regular, usually numbered season. Sometimes a network will call an episode a "special" episode—as an example, "in this special holiday themed episode"—but still assign it a season and episode number; in those cases, it should not be added to the special season here but, instead, to the season assigned to it by the network.
They sometimes air as an episode 0, an unnumbered episode or are released directly to DVD. For example, The IT Crowd's The Internet Is Coming and Black Mirror's White Christmas are special episodes.
Blooper episodes, recap episodes, preview episodes, best of episodes, live TV specials, (un)aired pilots, unaired or blacklisted episodes, etc. usually belong in the Specials.
Web specials, OVAs and spin-off webseries (e.g. Flight 462) can also be added to the Specials. If the network creates a separate page for the spin-off webseries, a new show should be created instead of adding the episodes as specials.
Some DVD bonus content is allowed.
No theatrical films, including short films. Proper television films, such as Looking: The Movie, generally belong in the movie section. Please do not create duplicates records for them in the Specials.
Therefore, all unnumbered episodes including special episodes and Covid-19 episodes belong to Specials (Season 0), in chronological order.
4/ "Double" episodes
Episodes named "326" - "1820" were aired as so-called "double" episodes named in the "326., 327. díl" fashion ("Episode 326, 327" in English). However, contrary to the episode naming scheme, each of this "double" episodes was in fact just a single episode with a single opening and ending credits and with no on-screen episode name or number. The only difference between these "double" episodes and "normal" episodes was their length which was increased from the standard ~33 minutes to a new length of ~44 minutes. Therefore, all "double" episodes should be added as a single episodes named after Voyo VOD service in the following fashion:

5/ Updates
2023-03-14 – Added information about missing episode 1389+1390 (thanks to @5lucina5)
In Czech:
Uživatelé se mě začali ptát, jakým způsobem správně členit seriál Ulice vysílaný na TV Nova nepřetržitě od 5.9.2005. Protože přispěvatelů k tomuto seriálu je více, zde jsou souhrnná pravidla, jak k tomuto seriálu přistupovat.
1/ Členění na řady
Z hlediska našich pravidel se jedná o "Continuous show" (seriál vysílaný bez přerušení), neboť:
- Seriál má aktuálně 4445 dílů, jeho jednotlivé epizody jsou označovány pouze svým číslem a toto číslování se nikdy neresetovalo, jak bývá zvykem na začátku nové řady.
- Na stránkách TV Nova nikdy nebylo, a ani nyní není, uvedeno žádné členění na řady, na rozdíl např. od seriálu Ordinace v růžové zahradě, který je členěn na 2 řady s tím, že v 2. řadě se začaly díly číslovat znovu od 1. epizody.
Členění tohoto seriálu na řady je uváděno pouze na Voyo (VOD služba TV Nova), která jej dělí na 18. sérií, s předělem vždy mezi srpnem a zářím každého roku, což odpovídá výročí začátku vysílání tohoto seriálu. Na Voyo se však toto členění objevilo až v létě 2021 a protože dle pravidel TMDB je třeba zachovat originální pořadí epizod a členění na řady v době vysílání, nelze Voyo jako zdroj použít.
Pro členění seriálu Ulice na sezóny se proto uplatní následující pravidlo z TMDB Bible:

Všechny epizody seriálu Ulice proto patří do jedné společné řady.
Je však pravda, že podpora řad s extrémním počtem epizod není na TMDB optimální a přidání 4400+ epizod nemusí být v tuto chvíli technicky proveditelné (naše nejdelší řada s 1438 epizodami je u seriálu Match Game a na slabších strojích je citelný problém s jejím načítáním z webu a upravováním).
S přihlédnutím k výše uvedenému problému jsem se se proto dohodl s ostatními mody na udělení jednorázové dočasné výjimky z požadovaného členění seriálu na jedinou řadu a po diskuzi s ostatními uživateli jsem se rozhodl, že v případě seriálu Ulice bude použito členění na série podle webu Voyo (VOD TV Nova ) s tím, že až TMDB technicky umožní pracovat s extrémním počtem epizod v jedné řadě, budou jednotlivé díly přesunuty do 1. řady a členění dle Voyo bude přidáno jako Skupina epizod.
Pro informaci uvádím, že Voyo aktuálně dělí seriál následujícím způsobem:
1. série: díl 1 – 214
2. série: díl 215 – 532+533 (pro informace o "dvojitých" epizodách viz bod 4/)
3. série: díl 534+535 – 959+960
4. série: díl 961+962 – 1387+1388
5. série: díl 1391+1392 – 1819+1820 (díl 1389+1390 se nikdy nevysílal a není ani na Voyo)
6. série: díl 1821 – 2025
7. série: díl 2026 – 2225
8. série: díl 2226 – 2435
9. série: díl 2436 – 2640
10. série: díl 2641 – 2855
11. série: díl 2856 – 3065
12. série: díl 3066 – 3280
13. série: díl 3281 – 3495
14. série: díl 3496 – 3710

2/ Pilotní epizoda
4.9.2005, tj. den před vysíláním 1. epizody seriálu, byla na TV Nova odvysílána pilotní "nultá" epizoda a tato epizoda je jako "Pilotní díl" předcházející 1. dílu seriálu uváděna i na Voyo (viz tento screenshot).
Pro zařazení nulté pilotní epizody se uplatní následující pravidlo z TMDB Bible:
Episode Number

Všechny nečíslované epizody včetně speciálních epizod proto patří do Speciálů (0. řada), a to chronologicky v pořadí, v jakém byly vydány.
4/ "Dvojité" epizody
Počínaje epizodou 326 začala TV Nova vysílat jednotlivé díly seriálu Ulice jako tzv. "dvojité" díly s označením např. "326., 327. díl". Navzdory tomuto označení je však každý takový "dvojitý" díl pouze jedinou epizodou s jedinými úvodními a koncovými titulky, ve kterých není žádné označení nebo číslování epizody uvedeno. Jediný rozdíl je v delší stopáži, která byla u "dvojitých" epizod prodloužena ze standardních cca 33 minut na nových cca 44 minut. Viz:

Všechny "dvojité" epizody je proto třeba přidávat postupně jako jeden díl pojmenovaný tak, jako to uvádí na svých stránkách Voyo:
