 "　故事發生在一間精神病療養院中，在這裏療養的，都是那些有着悲慘童年遭遇的孩子們，他們在此居住治療，等待着醫學鑑定報告批准他們重新迴歸社會，久坂優希（中谷美紀 飾）、有澤梁平（椎名桔平 飾）和長笙申一郎（渡部篤郎 飾）就是在這裏相識的，懷揣着各自不可告人的痛苦過去，三個年齡相近的孩子很快走到了一起成為了無話不談的好友。之後，隨着時間的流逝，三人相繼出院，再無聯繫。\n\n　　一轉眼十七年過去，如今的優希已經成為了一名護士，和弟弟及母親住在一起，平靜度日。然而，令優希沒有想到的是，機緣巧合之下，她竟然和十七年未曾見過面的笙一郎和梁平重逢了，遺憾的是，重逢的喜悦並沒有持續多久，悲劇的序幕拉開了。"
