Extra Details: A lot of the Air Dates and Episode Order mismatches basically every other source I can find, Including streaming services like HBO Max (US, Latam, and EU).
Edit: After going through and carefully comparing I do believe TMDBs order to be the most accurate in terms of episode order. However, there are still some specific problems that I have listed below.

I strongly believe the order of "The Stories" (S05E01) and "The Re-run" (S05E02) should be swapped as the episode "The Re-run" was always intended to air at the start of the season, as a continuation of "The Disaster" (Season 4's finale).
While yes, the original US air date has "The Stories" air 4 days prior, and 1 day prior in the UK, it was always clearly intended to be aired after "The Disaster". It's a pretty big continuity break to go watching from "The Disaster" to "The Stories" where everything is normal, to "The Re-run" where it's back to the Disaster again.
Their production codes also align sequentially with "The Re-run" being before "The Stories". Every other source and service I can find has "The Re-run" before "The Stories". Including streaming services like Amazon, Amazon's HBO Max Channel, HBO Max (All regions), and more.

The episode "The Vision" (S05E05) has an incorrect air date. It actually aired October 6, 2016.

In a similar situation, I strongly believe the episode "The Potato" should be after "The Copycats". This is because the episode "The Copycats" was made as an introductory or a pass-off to the new voice actors in an entertaining way. The new voice actors begin starting with the episode "The Potato" onwards.
The order for those episodes should be:
S05E11: The Fuss (Original Voice Actors)
S05E12: The Copycats (Original Voice Actors introducing the new Voice Actors)
S05E13: The Potato (New Voice Actors)
All episodes from here onward, in the current episode list as of this writing are the new voice actors.
It doesn't make any sense to go from listening to the current voice actors and then the new ones, then back to the old voice actors 2 episodes later, and then given a pass-off to the new voice actors.

The guidelines are firm on following the original airing order. But this is exactly what episode groups are for.
