Wow! That was the shortest lived secret evah. Note to self...never ask Diana to keep a secret.
Another note to self...never kidnap Diana. It will not turn out well for you.

Yeah, it was great. The gang all going crazy in love in the hotel hallway was hilarious. Nick screaming...Rosalie! And, Hank pining for himself in the mirror was classic. The entire episode was awesome.

You should treat Diana well. She is not your typical child. She is scary, but not as bad as the boy in The Twilight Zone episode "It's a Good Life".

I don't remember that one. I'll have to look for it.
Funny you should mention the TZ. Did you catch the marathon last month? It was the last meaningful, fun and really cool posting I had the pleasure of being a part of on IMDb.
Everyone said, "catch you next year". I remember being so bummed out after knowing that the boards would be shut down and that I would never come across those people again.
We had such a good time that everyone didn't want the marathon to end because it meant saying goodbye and having to go back to work or school the next day. It was how we spent new year's.
I was wondering if you were on the boards...especially since you mentioned the show. Just curious. 🤔

I have been on the boards , but not recently. When those are gone, I hope to find new places, maybe here, to have some awesome discussions

Yep. I went to see tonight if they really did go through with it and they did, so I'll never be back there.
Anyway, yes, in regard to the "secret" I was like, "Oh, Diana, you poor little idiot. you mother should have really explained what a secret is, and what it means to keep one." But like any typical YOUNG child, she did exactly what they would have done. "I'm sorry Daddy, but I can't tell you. It's a secret." I basically put my head in my hand and groaned when she said that.
Re: Twilight Zone, and It's a Good Life. Is that the one where the boy holds his "family" hostage and they're supposed to be happy all the time because he tries to give them what he thinks they want, but they're really scared of him? Isn't that also the one that made it into the movie?

Yes, that's the one. There is also a sequel: Twilight Zone Season 1. Episode 30. "It's Still a Good Life."

I don't think I've seen the sequel.

In the sequel he is 46 years old and has a daughter. What happened to his wife? Does his daughter take after him?

Wow. Well, there certainly has never been another show like The Twilight Zone! That episode is one I'd like to see.

Shows like The Twilight Zone... Outer Limits, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Amazing Stories, Night Gallery...also by Rod Serling, One Step Beyond, Tales from the Crypt, Tales from the Darkside
The above mentioned all shared similarities. One Step Beyond and The Outer Limits were two of my favorites in addition to The Twilight Zone.

The boy in the TZ, It's a Good Life episode was our favorite boy from Lost in Space, Will Robinson (Billy Mumy).
