Extra Details: Hello, I think that for this show it has to review the episodes list. If I understood the site rules, if there are episodes that were not aired by the original network or published on dvd/blue-ray only, they have to be considered as special episodes.
The wayback machine demonstrates that ABC, the original network, broadcasted only 4 episodes:
so the 5th and 6th episodes are specials, independently the network which broadcasted them or where they were published later. I found out that the first DVD was released on August 5th, 2008, and as it can be seen here can be keep the same order: special S00E01 "Watchbird", S00E02 "Little brother"
