Ingargiola, Vittoria and Parmesan investigate the case of a girl who ended up in a coma due to a drug used to lose weight; Luca and Roberto deal with a boy who passes himself off as a policeman by giving punishments to small-time criminals; Paolo and Mauro, instead, try to understand the causes of Giulia's accident.

Giulia returns to the police station more combative than ever, determined to frame Greco, with the help of Mauro and Paolo. In the meantime, however, she must solve a new case: a young man is found dead in his pizzeria. The sister of the murdered man accuses her father, but the real culprit will soon come out into the open.

At the X Tuscolano comes the shocking news of a minor who is in a coma after accidentally ingesting cocaine. Mauro immediately goes to the hospital and discovers, with great astonishment, that the accused is Ardenzi and the victim is his daughter, little Mauretta. Meanwhile Ingargiola receives the complaint of a woman whose wallet has been stolen, and realizing that it is his first love as a child, he loses himself in nostalgic memories.

The District agents work on the case of the discovery of a body on the banks of the Tiber and discover that the victim, a photographer responsible for an environmental association, was investigating the deliberate pollution of the river. In the meantime, five people who escaped the fire of a local supermarket arrive at the police station and are looking for the hero who saved them by opening an escape route for them. And who knows, maybe it's someone who works at the Decimo Tuscolano. Giulia, in the meantime, continues her research on her father's case and manages to check the contents of some CD-ROMs found in Greco's house.

Mauro and Roberto investigate the death of a young man who was hit by a car going at high speed and discover that he was involved in a clandestine car race. Meanwhile, Mauro's father, Tiberio, has been the victim of a financial scam, losing twenty thousand euros, half of which belonged to his son. Giulia calls an expert, Prof. De Santis, in search of the truth about the new discoveries related to her father's case. That evening, at the town hall, Paolo is waiting for her to finally celebrate their wedding. Will they be able to get married this time?

A man in a deep depression kills his wife and her new partner. The daughter, who learns of the tragedy on the news, turns to the Decimo Tuscolano, who immediately offers her protection. Soon, however, the girl's father will try to track her down. Ugo and Ingargiola, meanwhile, investigate the disappearance of two elderly ladies. Paolo notices that Sabina, Giulia's sister, is in crisis over what has been discovered about her father and decides to get to the bottom of the research. He discovers some details that will prove very risky for him.

At X Tuscolano, the arrival of a new agent, Corrado, presumed son of Ingargiola, is celebrated. Luca immediately involves him in reporting a robbery at a gas station by two motorcyclists, unrecognizable because of their helmets. The young man's debut in the police force will not be very simple. Giulia, meanwhile, very worried about the disappearance of Paolo who did not return home during the night, alerts Roberto and Mauro to explore every single lead in the area. The clues that the agents find to trace Paolo are not, however, very comforting.

While the desperate search for Paolo continues, a new case involves Luca and Corrado: the discovery of the body of a young Albanian woman, which will lead them to investigate a prostitution ring. Vittoria and Ingargiola, on the other hand, are busy solving a blackmail issue.

Giulia informs her sister of what happened to Paolo and, without giving herself peace, tries to find an explanation. Her colleagues advise her to take at least a day off. Meanwhile, Vittoria finds herself dealing with the case of Simone, a deaf-mute child who would like to attend a normal school. In addition, a sixteen-year-old is found dead in the courtyard of his school and Luca and Corrado begin to investigate.

Thieves enter Mauro and Germana's house and steal the video camera with which Inspector Belli had filmed Giulia and Paolo's wedding day. Mauro cannot stand the idea of ​​having lost that precious tape and launches into investigations. Meanwhile, something happens between Ingargiola and Vittoria that they would never have expected.

Mauro and Roberto run to stop a man who is blatantly about to shoot himself in the street. Giulia, in the meantime, continues to investigate Paolo's death, based on some photos examined by the forensic team.

While Mauro and Roberto investigate a twenty-year-old Algerian whose hand was amputated. Parmesan must deal with the complicated case of a mother and her daughter who were scammed by a supposed Filipino healer. Mauro and Roberto don the unusual robes of friars in a cloistered convent to conduct investigations. In fact, a precious altarpiece, recently restored, has just returned to the convent, and the prior, suspicious of some tampering with documents, fears that someone wants to steal it. Giulia, meanwhile, collects the confession of a woman who was mistreated by her ex-husband, a particularly dangerous person, who is now about to be released from prison. The investigations into the mysterious Ira continue, bringing to light new disturbing truths.

While Mauro and Germana are in the hospital to collect the results of the tests performed to find out if they will be able to have children, a man takes a nurse hostage and locks himself in the room where his son, who is dying, is waiting for a heart transplant. Mauro will be able to intervene promptly and resolve the delicate situation. Meanwhile, the agents of the X° Tuscolano try to foil the attempted kidnapping of a child, based on some photos found in the basement where Ira worked.

A series of latent tensions explode within the 10th Tuscolano. Vittoria is offended because Ingargiola is afraid to admit his feelings for her in front of his colleagues; Ugo wants to marry Adele but, at the same time, does not want to have to move to Argentina; while Luca is hurt by Corrado's attitude, who avoids him after discovering his homosexuality. Giulia, on the other hand, is disconcerted by Ira's ostentatious indifference towards Paolo's death, and does not know how to deal with him during the interrogation.

Roberto discovers that Francesca and Mauretta have been kidnapped, after which a phone call to his cell phone orders him not to ask anyone for help. Roberto soon discovers that there are clear and dangerous connections between the kidnapping and Paolo's murder, reaching the conclusion that the X° Tuscolano is being monitored through spy microphones. Meanwhile, Luca and Corrado deal with the case of a woman who disappeared after a car accident.

Giulia and Mauro call the forensic team to remove the microphones hidden inside the police station. Someone who has free access to the rooms of the X° Tuscolano has managed to place them undisturbed, perhaps one of the most unsuspected people. The solution to all the mysteries is about to be revealed once and for all.

On her thirtieth birthday, Commissioner Giulia Corsi finds herself facing yet another difficult case: three criminals with criminal records for armed robbery are preparing a big heist. The traffic police will discover them during a routine check, in which two police officers will be killed. The intervention of the charming Commissioner Turchi, who has been on the trail of the three criminals for some time, is crucial to the investigation. Giulia manages to track down the target of the robbery, an armored van from the Finance Police that follows a secret route, known only to a few officials of the Ministry. With her agents Mauro and Roberto, Giulia captures the trio. A fourth man, wounded, manages to escape but is killed shortly after by Turchi.

Just recovered from the serious wound inflicted by Turchi, Giulia returns to the X Tuscolano. Mauro and Roberto are investigating an unidentified young woman who was hit the night before and kept in a pharmacological coma. They find her car and from there they discover that Flavia is the wife of a well-known jewelry designer, Guido Palmeri. Once in his atelier they find themselves in front of the artist's body, killed by a stab to the heart. At first Giulia suspects her wife, who however regains consciousness and tells her version: the night before she was upset, she had discovered that Guido was cheating on her. The one who revealed it to her was her husband's partner, Antonio Vaccari, who was also betrayed because the artist stole the precious stones to use for his creations.

The boy who saved Sabina by taking her to the hospital for an emergency birth shows up at the Corsi sisters' house to say hello: Giulia thanks him, Sabina invites him to Paolo's baptism. Mauro and Roberto chase two robbers who have just robbed a jewelry store: the fugitives run over an elderly man, forcing the officers to stop. From an image taken by the jewelry store's video camera, the new arrival Anna discovers a scarification on the criminal's wrist. Mauro and Roberto notice an identical mark on the photo in a local tattoo shop: the man photographed is a criminal, Mottola, who is immediately captured.

Seventeen-year-old Elisa, found on the street in a state of shock, is taken to the X Tuscolano: the girl says she was beaten and raped at the home of a boy she met the night before at a disco. Mauro wakes up on the beach in front of the villa where Germana had arranged to meet him the night before. He is drunk, he doesn't have his service pistol and he has been hit in the head. At home he discovers Germana in bed with the man from the hotel, both in a pool of blood. Captain Rea's carabinieri arrive: shortly after, Commissioner Corsi and Roberto, Giulia recognizes him as the man who saved Sabina. Mauro follows Germana to the hospital: the woman is seriously injured, the man is dead. Prosecutor Altieri entrusts the case to Rea, Giulia allows Roberto to investigate in parallel: she doesn't know that the officer has found Mauro's pistol and has handed it over to Boni of the forensic team to determine if it is the murder weapon.

While Anna and Luca investigate the case of a girl killed in the night by a hit-and-run driver, Roberto receives confirmation from Boni that Mauro's gun was recently fired. The policeman is tormented by doubt: what if his best friend was really guilty? Meanwhile, social worker Marina Stopponi decides that little Pietro must return to the institution. Mauro tries to oppose but the child is angry with him because he lied to him about Germana. Boni tells Roberto that the bullets found on Liverani's body are compatible with those of Mauro's gun: the officer hands the weapon to Giulia who immediately gives it to Captain Rea, for whom there are no longer any doubts about the guilt of officer Belli.

Mauro is detained at Forte Boccea, the press splashes the monster on the front page. Roberto continues to investigate and learns from the caretaker of the villa that Liverani did not have a license: if he was not the one who drove Germana's car, the hypothesis of the presence of a third man and of the staging to frame Mauro becomes certain. In the meantime Giulia, Luca and Anna deal with the kidnapping of twenty-year-old Gabriele Mattei. Following the payment of the ransom by the parents and the release of the boy, Commissioner Corsi will discover that the organizer was an employee of Mr. Mattei in cahoots with his son, eager to get his hands on the parents' money.

After being released from prison, Mauro rushes to Germana's bedside, still in a coma. He then returns to the X Tuscolano, celebrated by his colleagues, and with Roberto he follows the case of a woman who was found lifeless by her son, inside her apartment. Giorgia Morelli was the victim of a loan shark in the area, Taddei, who according to her son could be the murderer. Giulia will discover that the woman, desperate about her situation, actually committed suicide: it was her son who hid the evidence to frame Taddei, thinking in this way to appease his own feelings of guilt for having left his mother alone in that situation. Altieri invites Giulia to participate in the press conference to praise the collaboration between the police and the Carabinieri in the Belli case.

Captain Rea and the district team continue their investigations to discover the perpetrators of the Liverani crime. Thanks to the identikit provided by Germana, they manage to trace the identity of the murderer: it is a man who worked for the secret services in Somalia. When Luca and Anna track him down, they just have time to save him from a deadly ambush. In the meantime, Giulia investigates the case of a young man found dying after ingesting a deadly cocktail of narcotics. A friend of the victim reports the dealer who is supposed to have sold the drugs.

Mauro and Roberto investigate the death of a beautiful woman of Slavic origins, with a past as a prostitute, who, moreover, was pregnant. It will be discovered that the victim was hiding a double life from her husband. Why was she lying to her husband? Behind the bitter story, the agents will come to reveal a tragic truth.

After the failed attack on Terenzi by the two mysterious motorcyclists, all that remains are the bullets from the shooting. Parmesan and Rea work together to discover that Terenzi's gun had already been fired two years earlier to kill a city councilor. Meanwhile, Mauro and Roberto are dealing with the case of a twenty-year-old drug addict found dead in the Colle Oppio park. Her policeman brother, Stefano, is convinced that the killer is the drug dealer Sanna and demands to participate in the investigation. It will be the father, unable to sustain the charade organized by Stefano to frame Sanna, who confesses what really happened that evening: he and his daughter had argued because Patrizia needed money and during the fight the girl had hit her head, dying instantly.

While Roberto and Mauro are dealing with a thief called Fantomas for his extraordinary disguises, in the guise of a priest the man has stolen a gift from Roberto's house intended for Francesca, returning that evening, Anna and Luca follow the case of a young swimming champion attacked after a training session, in the darkness of the locker room. Viola has a bad fracture in her arm and will not be able to participate in the European championships. Roberto will get the stolen goods back but not Francesca who, after the trip, has decided to leave him. Giulia will instead discover that Viola has self-harmed so as not to embody her violent father's dreams of glory.

Thanks to the joint investigation of the Police and the Carabinieri, Giulia and Davide discovered twelve tons of drums containing toxic and carcinogenic waste hidden in the land purchased with the mediation of the broker Liverani and cost the life of a city councilor killed with Terenzi's weapon. Germana writes an article on the ecomafia that is published on the front page and sparks a great debate. From that moment on, Terenzi follows her insistently. While Ugo is struggling to organize his next wedding with Adele and Vittoria and Ingargiola continue to argue, Mauro and Roberto investigate the murder of Aicha, a twenty-year-old Moroccan.

Mauro and Roberto investigate the beating of sixteen-year-old Bruno Cordari, which took place in front of his high school: the boy is in intensive care. The two officers of the X Tuscolano will discover a fierce baby gang that terrorizes the institute by stealing the scooters of the students who are then beaten to force them not to file a complaint. The vehicles are then received by the young janitor and Bruno, the aspiring leader of the gang, who in competition with Andrea Moretti, a classmate of his who becomes the main suspect. But the story is even more complex. Meanwhile, Germana has been summoned by Terenzi for an interview: the former para' feels in danger and wants to tell her everything he knows.

Mauro tells Giulia that he suspects there is a mole among the Carabinieri, but the commissioner thinks he is too involved and passes the investigation to Luca and Anna. Agent Gori collaborates with Captain Rea in the search for the CD-ROM that Liverani wanted to give to Germana, but nothing happens at the villa. Roberto and Mauro instead deal with the case of a newborn baby kidnapped from a clinic: they will discover that it was the very young natural mother, the Albanian Irma, who took him back. In fact, the baby was sold to a wealthy childless couple: but the child is ill and Roberto will convince Irma to have him treated. This story will make him understand how much he cares for Francesca and how much he wants to have a child with her.

Daniele, Sabina's brilliant computer scientist partner, is involved by Mauro in the investigation into the ecomafia: his help is needed to decrypt Liverani's CD-ROM. Giulia decides to cover for her men, unleashing the ire of prosecutor Altieri who had assigned the investigation to the Carabinieri. Davide is also hurt by Giulia's choice but she explains her doubts to him. Roberto and Luca investigate Maroni, a prisoner who escaped from his prison guards to prepare a robbery at a post office and leave with his partner Nadia for the Philippines. The woman, suffering from a serious breast tumor, hopes to be saved by a local healer and for this reason Maroni, stopped by the officers, locks himself in the place threatening to kill the hostages if they don't give him a car to the airport within an hour. Rea tries to understand what happened at the X Tuscolano with the two fake carabinieri who stole Liverani's CD-ROM. Altieri is furious about what happened and takes the case away from Giulia: Rea, however, promises her that they will continue to work together. Parmesan is in shock after an accident.

Cristina Bini, a young babysitter, is stabbed to death by her ex Carlo Serra, a drug addict who stole her three-year-old daughter, Laura, who was with her. The little girl is the daughter of Lieutenant Nicola Riva, a colleague of Captain Davide Rea who is taking part in the search. Serra is found in the farmhouse where Paolo Libero was killed for the investigation into pedophilia and confesses to having given Laura to a stranger. Giulia confronts Pietro De Santis, the former criminologist in prison for child trafficking: the monster, in exchange for lifelong isolation, names Alfredo Castiglia, in whose house Laura is found, safe and sound. Giulia faces her past and Paolo's death, Rea is close to her.

Two young, unwary men, Chicco and Spillo, rob the junk shop of a certain Politi, who is actually a dangerous fence who in fact reacts by shooting at the fleeing motorbike and hitting Spillo. Roberto, Luca and Anna collect Politi's complaint, later discovering that the man reacted in this way because the two had stolen some precious jewels from him, hidden among the junk. The case will be solved with the collaboration of the informant Camomilla, who reveals herself to be Chicco's uncle, and thanks to Roberto's timing who manages to save the two from Politi's retaliation. Meanwhile, Parmesan brings the note found on Nina's tombstone to Mauro's house: it is a clue, albeit a weak one. Giulia suggests that Rea have Mauro help her in the investigation.

While Luca and Anna investigate the murder of a man who has just been released from prison after a rape conviction, Mauro expresses his anger to Giulia over Bondi's disappearance: the agent is convinced that the mole is Captain Rea himself. The commissioner is torn between his attraction to the man and Belli and Ardenzi's legitimate suspicions about the investigation into the ecomafia. Mauro and Roberto track down Bondi's acquaintance, Giacomo De Gregori, the owner of a transport company that received a lot of money from Liverani. When questioned, the man admits to having transported toxic waste on behalf of the broker and eventually gives up Bondi's cell phone, which turns out to be a false name. At that moment, Rea bursts into the X Tuscolano, furious at not having been warned of the developments in the investigation.

Mauro and Roberto deal with the case of criminal lawyer Paolo Silvestri, killed by one of his former clients, a criminal who had just been released from prison. The two agents track down Panessa's hideout but there they discover the man's body with his head smashed in and twenty thousand euros in his pocket. They will discover that Silvestri was divorcing his wife Lucia, also a lawyer who now shares the office with her colleague Bruno Cattaneo, her lover. The man had exploited Panessa's hatred to have Silvestri killed, of whom he was jealous, only to then also kill the murderer who asked him for more money. In the meantime, Parmesan has tracked down the address of Nina's partner through the cell phone given by De Gregorio: Giulia, Mauro and Roberto prepare a raid on the villa but the man has already been warned.

While Davide and Giulia wait in the hospital for Giuseppe Castaldo to wake up, miraculously alive after being wounded by Rea, Francesca and Roberto discover that the woman is pregnant. Mauro and Roberto follow the captain in the inspection of the house burned by Castaldo where Mauro discovers the fragment of an article in English that he gives to Germana to trace its origin: the photo shows Nina's face. Francesca is robbed by a drug addict who pricks her with a possibly infected syringe: after much research Roberto and Mauro manage to catch the thief who fortunately turns out to be HIV negative. Meanwhile Luca and Anna deal with the case of a young gay man beaten to death in his own apartment, perhaps by his gym mates who had discovered his diversity.

Mauro shows Roberto the photo from Somalipress that portrays the young Davide Rea with Nina, Terenzi and Castaldo. The two rush to Giulia's house where they discover that the captain spent the night there. Forced to remain silent, they ask Altieri to interrogate Castaldo again but when they arrive at the hospital the man has already been killed. They show the photo to Giulia who is shocked. Meanwhile, Luca and Anna investigate the disappearance of a beautiful dancer who came from the province to make her fortune: they will discover that Cinzia was on the eve of an important job that turned out to be an illusion; furthermore, disappointed by her best friend who stole her boyfriend, she chose to take her own life. Meanwhile, Rea understands that the boys of the X° Tuscolano have discovered something that concerns him closely.

Giulia seems to have fallen into a deep depression: she cannot accept the truth about the man she loves. In the meantime, Luca has arrested the drug dealer Nardi, who has sent his protégé Damiano to the hospital, beating him bloody. At the police station, while Luca is interrogating him, Nardi collapses and dies. The officer is suspended and investigated by two disciplinary inspectors for homicide. The autopsy confirms the head trauma as the cause of death but Francesca explains that the trauma can be older than 24 hours and manifest itself late with a sudden death. The colleagues will have to prove Luca's innocence in a short time also with the help of Giulia and the lawyer Sergio Premoli.

While Roberto and Mauro investigate the case of an artist who disfigured two young people with a solvent used in painting, Giulia interrogates Lieutenant Riva, suspected of complicity in covering up the disappearance of Captain Rea. The carabiniere firmly denies his involvement and the commissioner decides to have Luca and Anna follow him. Roberto and Mauro will be able to reconstruct the delirious plan for revenge of Rinaldi, the painter whose wife lost an eye due to a beer can thrown from an overpass while their car was in transit. With Giulia's help, they will save Daria, the last girl suspected of the act by Rinaldi, who will be arrested. Meanwhile, Luca and Anna continue their search for Captain Rea.

Rea shows up with Giulia, making an appointment at the amusement park. It's the moment of truth, to reveal what's really happening. The entire 10th Tuscolano is ready for the final showdown.

During the inauguration ceremony, a gang of ferocious robbers breaks into the villa of a rich notary, easily deactivating the alarm system. The cruel action sparks the rebellion of the only foreigner in the group, the Romanian Artur, who is killed after he announces his intention to leave the gang. During the investigation, Mauro will meet an old classmate, Alessandro Berti, who now works with the Scientific Police, while the new inspector Irene Valli arrives at the X Tuscolano one day late.

Following an action conducted with the new commissioner Roberto, Mauro is taken hostage by the two brothers from Puglia led by the Neapolitan Gabriele, responsible for bloody robberies. Alessandro Berti of the Scientific Police offers himself as bait, allowing Roberto to hide and be taken to the hideout where his friend is about to be executed. After a terrible firefight, Mauro is freed by his colleagues. From this moment on, he will be paired with the new arrival, Irene Valli, with whom he faces the case of a psychopath who has barricaded himself in the house with a hostage. While Mauro and Alessandro Berti go in search of a clue, Roberto must hide from his wife that their newborn baby is in the operating room, between life and death.

The newborn Francesco, son of Roberto and Francesca, is saved after a long operation. He is immediately celebrated by his siblings Michele and Mauretta and by the agents of the X Tuscolano. The new commissioner understands that he must deal with a character from the past, Cesare Carrano, today an important builder and instigator of the attacker of Francesca by Maiorca. The two criminals do not hesitate to kill the owner of the store and beat the boy. With the excuse of wanting to treat him, Irene manages to make Stefano escape, who immediately calls Mauro. When the officers arrive, one of the criminals flees, taking a customer hostage. The other is found killed together with a boy, Irene is on the ground unconscious. From the analysis of Alessandro Berti of the forensic science department it turns out that it was Irene's gun that fired. The inspector declares that she does not remember anything and is subjected to a severe disciplinary investigation. Mauro promises with the others to discover the truth to help her exonerate herself.

The 10th Tuscolano is dealing with a thorny affair involving a rising politician: his blue car has hit and killed an immigrant. Roberto does not give up and tenaciously sets out on the trail of the killer Ruggero, son of the building contractor Cesare Carrano. Mauro asks his friend Ardenzi for explanations about a secret that he has kept from him until now while, with Irene, he tries to prevent the fugitive from escaping.

Ruggero Carrano is in prison and the prosecutor Forti authorizes the interrogation by the commissioner of the 10th Tuscolano. But the father of the murderer and his right-hand man are preparing a plan for a spectacular escape, while Mauro and Irene investigate the case of a sixteen-year-old who died of an overdose; the surprise is that the boy turns out to be the son of a friend of Mauro, whom he protected years before.

The 10th Tuscolano is in turmoil over what happened during Ruggero Carrano's spectacular escape. Everyone questions their own life: Luca goes to visit his dying father; Parmesan reacts to his hypochondria; Vittoria and Ingargiola get closer again. Roberto confronts Cesare Carrano, but there to protect him from himself is the faithful Alessandro Berti.

Carrano's right-hand man kills the members of the commando that allowed Ruggero's escape and now demands more money. The leader of the group manages to save himself: when Luca and Alessandro arrive at the crime scene, the head of the forensic team understands that the massacre is linked to the criminal organization headed by the Carranos. Thus begins a hunt for the survivor coordinated by Roberto.

While Irene and Anna investigate a villa robbery that ended in tragedy, Roberto asks Alessandro to remain on the force at the X° Tuscolano. With his help and the collaboration of Parmesan and Luca, the commissioner tries to decipher the code of the notebook written by Ruggero Carrano, finally in prison after Gabrielli's arrest.

Alessandro Berti accepts the proposal of the commissioner of the 10th Tuscolano to work in tandem with Irene on the case of a murder that hides a trafficking of newborns. Roberto must deal with the legal expedients of the lawyer who defends Carrano: the request for a calligraphic expertise on the notebook that contains the details of the complex criminal organization managed by the entrepreneur, turns out to be a dangerous trap.

The 10th Tuscolano is busy hunting down two girls in their twenties who, in the space of a few hours, uncovered, burgled a boutique and stole a spider. The two seem intent on having a memorable day, but the youngest is eight months pregnant. Meanwhile, Roberto tries to corner Maiorca who has destroyed the coded notebook, the main evidence in the trial against the Carranos.

On the eve of the trial against Ruggero Carrano, in which Roberto should participate as the main witness for the murder of Milo Paulin, Carrano's machinations do everything to discredit the new commissioner. This is how Ardenzi ends up being investigated by the disciplinary team for the murder of one of their operatives, whom he threatened several times after the destruction of the coded notebook.

A young Lithuanian, Jelena, turns to the X Tuscolano. The girl, in shock, has just arrived in Italy with a friend and her sister, all three convinced of entering the world of entertainment. She managed to escape but the other two remained, drugged, in the hands of an Albanian couple who intend to force them into prostitution. The agents know they have little time, while Roberto helps Tiberio, Mauro's father, to face a big problem.

Cesare Carrano is studying a plan to get his son Ruggero out of prison, sentenced to twenty years for the murder of Milo Paulin. Parmesan receives from Roberto the task of demonstrating the responsibility of the entrepreneur, head of a large drug trafficking ring. Irene and Alessandro investigate the murder of a young courier in love with a married colleague.

While the criminal entrepreneur Carrano organizes his revenge, supported by Patriarca and his lawyer, the X° Tuscolano is mobilized for the kidnapping of the son of a very rich cement manufacturer. The kidnapper acts with original methods and does not seem so interested in the ransom he has asked for the same day. Vittoria and Ingargiola are instead dealing with a champagne thief.

After the latest developments in the Carrano case, Roberto decides to take a break to spend some time with his family. He leaves the district in the hands of Alessandro Berti who, with Anna and Irene, tackles the investigation into a badly cut batch of heroin. There are already two drug addicts on the brink of death. During the investigation, Valli loses her professional detachment and brings her personal history into the case.

Investigating an arson attack, Alessandro and Irene meet a colleague from the explosives department who suspects a young but repeat offender. Simonelli takes it personally because he saw his best friend die during a fire set years earlier by the same deranged man. But Irene realizes that things are less straightforward than they seem, while Roberto manages to arrest the perpetrator of the car bomb commissioned by Patriarca.

During a graduation party, a young and beautiful university professor is drugged and raped. But when she wakes up, Viviana doesn't remember anything and Luca and Anna will have to find out who took advantage of her. Meanwhile, Roberto, who has discovered Patriarca's home and hidden documents inside that concern a nursery, gets back on the trail of Cesare Carrano.

Cesare Carrano is declared a fugitive, along with his accomplice Patriarca. The entrepreneur's villa is seized and Parmesan and his nephew Christian are tasked with archiving all the objects. Meanwhile, Anna and Luca investigate the alleged accident that caused a Russian immigrant to fall from the fifth floor, discovering a universe of marginalization and degradation.

Irene collaborates with Anna and Luca in the investigations into the disappearance of fourteen-year-old Daniela. The case will bring back Anna's painful past. The confession of an accomplice of Patriarca, who was arrested, forces Roberto to track down Francesca: in fact, the boss has very dangerous intentions towards them.

After the attack on the children, Francesca accepts the escort. Roberto discovers that Carrano has managed to track down his wife through a detective agency contacted by an unsuspecting mediator. Irene and Alessandro deal with the murder of an actor, an alcoholic now adrift, found murdered in his own boat. His ex-wife will help them solve the case.

Roberto and Alessandro monitor the movements of the lawyer Grimaldi, the legal defender of Carrano, still at large with Patriarca. The other agents of the X Tuscolano are busy with the almost fatal attack on the young brother of a famous boxer. The investigations bring to light the boy's passion for clandestine betting and suggest the involvement of Nino who the night before almost lost an important match.

There will be the long-awaited showdown between Commissioner Ardenzi and Carrano, the one who is responsible for the death of Ardenzi's close friend, Inspector Mauro Belli.

Until the very end, the challenge between Ardenzi and Carrano, long-time enemies, reserves sensational twists. And it turns out that not everything is as it seemed.

The new commissioner Fontana introduces himself to the agents of the X° Tuscolano and the new inspector Marchetti. He must protect a collaborator of justice, Nina Neri. The police are looking for Jacopo, a three-year-old boy taken from his mother at the supermarket.

Young Angela is raped at night by three masked men, just outside a gay nightclub. Fontana entrusts the case to Luca Benvenuto. Angela has recognized by the voice a boy who frequents her gym and Luca infiltrates it.

Two drug addicts rob a bar where Inspector Marchetti is, and steal his gun. That day, a ministerial inspection is underway at the district and Marchetti risks suspension. Alessandro helps his friend recover the weapon.

Alessandro and Raffaele investigate the serious accident that happened to sixty-year-old Mario Fabiani: it seems that the car he was driving was hit by a boulder thrown from the overpass above. Meanwhile, Luca notices that his neighbor Nick, a child who has become fond of him and Anna and who always stays at their house, has clear signs of abuse on his body. Nick lives with his mother Emilia who is summoned for checks at the X° Tuscolano.

Irene is in Manila and Sacha's instrument shop for her nephew Stefano's guitar when a parcel bomb arrives that causes a tremendous explosion. Who could have it in for the two brothers and why? In the meantime, Nina has been tracked down by her father's right-hand man, Morace, due to Berti's carelessness. Morace is already in Rome and Fontana decides to interrogate Vanessa, Nina's friend and her only link with Calabria. In the meantime, DIA Major Saverio Patrizi arrives, whom PM Corradi has decided to place alongside the protection program of the X Tuscolano.

Massimo, a ten-year-old boy, follows a stranger in a white van. His anguished father Lucio reports his disappearance to the X Tuscolano. The investigation leads Anna to relive the trauma she suffered as a child with her stepfather and to make a serious error of judgment. Meanwhile, Commissioner Fontana, worried about Nina's escape, convinces his friend Vanessa to come to Rome to make an appointment with her and put her back under protection. Unfortunately, Morace is also in the city, determined not to let the girl testify against her father.

The X Tuscolano is entrusted with an operation of the utmost importance: to take to the incinerator 50 kilos of pure drugs seized from Rambaldi, an internationally wanted drug trafficker. The Cerrone brothers, two fanatical criminals, are also interested in the load that they want to resell to Rambaldi himself and will do anything to steal it from the police officers. Meanwhile, Nina is in a new hideout: but her father has managed to talk to her and the girl no longer knows whether to trust her friend Fontana and collaborate with justice.

Berti and Marchetti investigate the murder of Sarah, an irreproachable thirty-year-old secretary of an important financial broker. Her mother Daniela, worried about the girl's silence, finds her body, hermetically sealed in the closet of her house. Commissioner Fontana takes care of the difficult case (the murderer seems to have left no trace), also committing himself to mending the relationship with Nina: in fact, the girl has decided that she no longer wants to collaborate and is leaving with Major Patrizi for a secret location in Germany.

Lorenzo, director of a drug rehabilitation center, asks for the help of Agent Valli to discreetly solve a crime that took place in the center: a former heroin addict now a night watchman was found dead in the warehouse. Irene is worried because her sister Valeria, Stefano's mother who has not yet managed to detox, also lives in the farmhouse and she fears that she may be implicated in the affair. Under stress, Valli also faces Tiziana Cattaneo, the charming coroner responsible for her breakup with Alessandro.

A criminal gunsmith is found brutally murdered in the back room of his front shop. The agents of the 10th Tuscolano investigate and a neighbor recognizes Petrocchi from the signs, an elderly thief expert in safes, now on semi-liberty. The man denies being in the business but a nasty surprise awaits him. In the meantime, the statements of Nina, who has decided to collaborate without further reticence, cause many arrests in the clan and the escape of a fixer who asks for Fontana's protection.

Following the attack on Commissioner Fontana by the fugitive Morace, archivist Parmesan risks his life due to a heart attack. Agents Valli and Gori investigate the death of a Nigerian prostitute who was trying to get out of the business, while Raffaele and Luca, struggling with the theft of a special ink for printing banknotes, make an unpleasant discovery about Giorgio, Anna's new boyfriend.

Among the documents of the murdered fixer, Commissioner Fontana, thanks to Nina's collaboration, finds evidence of a horrendous crime that allows the arrest of Neri Giorgio. But at the moment of the arrest the boss feels ill and Benvenuto is forced to follow him in an ambulance. In the meantime Raffaele investigates the attempted suicide of Marinella and Maurizio, a couple saved by their fourteen-year-old son Silvio. Agent Marchetti suspects a story of usury, which he experienced firsthand, and risks a lot with unorthodox procedures in order to frame the person responsible.

Rosanna is raped in her own home by a masked man who seems to have left no traces: the young woman, shocked, only remembers that the attacker had a slight limp. Anna and Irene investigate the case which presents analogies with other unsolved rapes. Agent Guerra and Ingargiola are instead tasked with tracking down a prisoner who escaped, strange coincidence, on the same day that the theft of a precious piano is reported.

Anna and Irene are in a club where a drunk woman seems to need their help. The two officers accompany Gabriella home where they discover the lifeless body of fourteen-year-old Enrico, the autistic son of the woman, who is immediately arrested. Ingargiola and Vittoria are instead on the trail of a famous hypnotist who pushes his victims to hand over their savings. Fontana organizes Nina's transfer to the prison where her father is incarcerated: Neri has asked for an interview with the girl who immediately accepted.

A beautiful Albanian girl is kidnapped by a shady thug but manages to call the X Tuscolano asking for help. Ugo records her call which allows to trace the place of the phone call and her identity: her mother confirms that the voice is that of Elena, who has just arrived in Italy with the dream of becoming an actress. Commissioner Fontana consoles Nina for having escaped danger but a fax found in Morace's hideout with the route that the agents had established to reach the prison confirms the terrible hypothesis of a mole.

Prosecutor Corradi decides to entrust Nina's safety exclusively to Major Patrizi. But Commissioner Fontana suspects that the latter is conniving with the Neri clan to eliminate the young woman. These are the worst hours for Fontana who sees her young friend completely exposed. Irene and Anna are also in crisis because the case of a homeless man who died during the night seems to ambiguously involve the son of their colleague Vittoria, the high school student Francesco.

Nina is operated on after the terrible fall from the terrace of the building where she was hiding. Marcello, his wife Cristina, Matteo and all the agents of the X Tuscolano are close to the brave girl who dared to challenge her father and the clan he heads. In the meantime Corradi and the guard agent, Martino, are interrogated at the precinct by Benvenuto: the two claim that Nina, depressed by the long limitation of her freedom, attempted suicide.

The agents of the X Tuscolano deal with the attempted suicide of Milena, a ten-year-old Ukrainian girl temporarily fostered by an Italian couple who adore her. The judge, however, is adamant and orders that the little girl return to her hometown immediately, despite Milena's claims that they mistreat her in the orphanage. The story takes a dramatic turn as Fontana's lucidity is put to the test by a man who wants to force his partner to keep the child she is expecting, going so far as to commit a sensational act.

Alessandro Berti is the district manager after Fontana's departure. He coordinates the service of Anna and Irene, responsible for the transfer of a batch of ancient pottery of immense value. Raffaele, who has never given up his suspicions about Gori's boyfriend, informs Luca of the progress made in the investigations on Giorgio Potenza and on a new lead, without even suspecting that the story is about to take a very dangerous turn.

Anna throws herself into work to forget the disappointment she has just suffered: with Raffaele she investigates the disappearance of twenty-year-old Marika, reported by her friend Pamela. Berti asks Valli for help in the Neri affair: the boss has in fact obtained house arrest. Fontana is working through his grief where his story began, in Calabria: he visits the grave of his best agent, Dante Santagata, Nina's boyfriend who was killed by Neri. And he has a strange encounter, which perhaps will give him the strength to react.

Berti and Boni of the forensic team investigate the murder of a Senegalese man outside the nightclub where the immigrant worked as a waiter. Fontana returns from his trip to Calabria and immediately confronts Neri, awaiting the trial that, according to his lawyer Mantovani, will clear him of all charges. Marcello promises the boss that his friend Nina will have justice and immediately returns to duty at the X Tuscolano, welcomed with joy by all the officers. His first move is to interrogate Corradi: the commissioner has in fact discovered the blackmail that has silenced the former prosecutor.

Marchetti is forced to confront his painful past, as the investigation into the murder of the owner of an arcade leads Anna to suspect Massimo Sepe, son of the criminal killed by Raffaele years before and now an employee of the victim. In the meantime, Cristina, wife of Commissioner Fontana, discovers that Matteo, at school, has received an explicit threat to their safety from two strangers. Marcello has the family placed under guard and with Irene and Alessandro sets a trap for Morace.

While all the agents of the X Tuscolano are looking for Commissioner Fontana, who disappeared in Morace's van, Berti and Ia Valli are called by Tiziana. The coroner of the X Tuscolano has recognized the body of Veronica Todeschi, sister of her friend Franca and asks for their help on the difficult case. The girl, very beautiful, seems to have been thrown off the cliff overlooking the place where the body was found. But who could have had it in for a student with an apparently irreproachable life?

Valli and Berti try to gather as much evidence as possible against Neri before the final trial, almost a farce without Nina's testimony. Anna, Luca and Raffaele instead investigate the death of Don Michele Martinelli, stabbed in his own sacristy. The parish priest, highly esteemed by the community of believers, however seems to hide a terrible secret, perhaps the cause of his murder.

What happened to the drug shipment that Neri and Mantovani were expecting from South America? Finding it is the only hope for Commissioner Fontana, since, as feared, without Nina's testimony the Court of Assizes acquits the 'ndrangheta boss of all charges. Neri is free again and all the agents of the X Tuscolano are engaged in a race against time to find the drugs before they are refined and put on the market. Fontana accepts the challenge, putting the safety of his loved ones, his wife Cristina and his son Matteo, at risk.

Fontana wakes up in the hospital, in the hardest moment of his career: he is safe but does not remember anything about the car accident and the tragedy that occurred. The agents of the X Tuscolano will have to prove the innocence of the commissioner and fight with their own doubts, while Irene and Alessandro try to protect Stefano who, in the company of his father, is risking his life because of him.

It's Luca Benvenuto's first day as coordinator of the 10th Tuscolano. The case is an assault on a couple. Meanwhile, Marco, Elena Argenti's brother, the new inspector of the district, finds himself in trouble due to gambling debts with the boss Luciano Gerace.

Irene is taken to the hospital in very serious conditions and the entire district gathers around her and Alessandro. Meanwhile, Luca organizes the search for the robbers. Raffaele and Elena, instead, must investigate the death of a boy, Antonio Servidei, whose body was found on a construction site.

Little Simone Fioroni is kidnapped from his mother Matilde's car. Meanwhile Alessandro continues his investigations into the robbery gang; following the trail of the car used by the robbers, which had been rigged, he arrives at a mechanic who is a potential accomplice of the criminals; to make him confess he risks going over the limit and is stopped by Luca, with whom he ends up arguing.

Alberta Tizzani was attacked in her home and helped by her neighbor Marcello; it is he who suggests to the men of the X° Tuscolano that, although the woman claims it was a theft, the culprit could be Cristiano, her husband, a domineering and violent man. Cristiano, however, denies everything.

A woman accuses her ex-husband of beating and raping her, but he denies it and for our men, faced with a web of hatred and lies, it becomes difficult to understand the truth. On the investigation side of the robbery gang, a glimmer of hope seems to open up: it seems that the gang will strike again soon. Our men prepare to surprise them on the spot.

After the disappointment of the failed operation to arrest the members of the robbery gang, a strange phone call takes our heroes to the scene of a murder. The victim is an acrobat thief who may have stepped on someone's toes. But by investigating the man's movements, another truth will emerge. Meanwhile, Alessandro, thanks to a case he stumbles upon, finally faces his grief and returns to Irene's grave.

The men of the 10th Tuscolano are on the trail of the Talicam technician who passed the gang the codes needed to carry out the robberies. In the meantime, a murder is committed in a call center and suspicion falls on one of the employees.

After the setback caused by the death of Talicam technician Ottavio Rinaldi, the men of the X° Tuscolano manage to trace a clandestine gambling den run by Camorrista Luciano Gerace.

While Luca follows the trail of Luciano Gerace's (Dante Palladino) Camorra clan, Alessandro, trusting his police instinct, decides to "hook up" Melissa. Meanwhile, the rest of the X° Tuscolano deals with the murder of a mother, in which the main suspect is the woman's stepson. The case is complicated by the fact that the only witness is the lady's biological son, an autistic boy with whom no one seems able to communicate.

While Luca perseveres on the trail of the Camorra, Alessandro (Enrico Silvestrin) continues to see Melissa in secret, putting his life at risk. The case of the episode instead concerns the alleged suicide of a woman no longer young suffering from cancer, whose "last journey" hides a much more disturbing truth.

After risking being killed, Alessandro involves his companions in the search for Melissa, which, in a crescendo of tension, ends with our friends falling into a trap set by the Flaviano brothers. During the episode, the murder of a construction site foreman is also investigated: what at first glance seems to be a simple case of revenge linked to accidental deaths at work, actually hides a much more complex scenario.

Having miraculously escaped the Flaviano attack, our heroes receive a tip from Melissa that leads to the discovery of the weapons used in the robbery in a warehouse in Gerace. The investigations therefore seem to be concluded, but Luca and his team still have doubts. Meanwhile, an investigation is being carried out into the murder of a pharmaceutical representative struggling with a financial hole in his company and two women, his current wife and his ex, who hate each other to death.

The men of the 10th Tuscolano are busy solving a case involving a young non-EU citizen. Thanks also to the help of Vittoria our men discover that Samira, the young woman, is the nanny of a family blackmailed by some loan sharks.

Anna and Raffaele deal with a case involving Alessia, raped a year earlier and now accused of taking revenge on the culprit.

Melissa's death triggers a deep crisis in the District. Especially in Alessandro, who feels responsible. After solving a mysterious murder case in which a fortune teller was the victim, however, news arrives that Melissa did not commit suicide: perhaps there is a clue to start again.

While Giulio Flaviano suffers from withdrawal, our heroes discover that the morphine used by Irene's killers is purchased thanks to a stolen prescription pad, therefore recognizable: they just have to wait for them to go back to do the "shopping". In the meantime, they have to solve the case of a girl who disappeared 12 years earlier and was found in a coma in a wood.

The inspectors of the 10th Tuscolano are dealing with a case involving a Muslim girl, Khadigia, beaten and repudiated by her husband Yusuf. Khadigia claims to have never been with a man and it will be up to Anna and Elena to understand what lies behind this mystery. In the meantime, Luca and Alessandro, who narrowly missed capturing Giulio Flaviano, are now convinced: there is a mole who informs the criminals of their every move.

The death of a twenty-year-old involves our team in a case with no apparent solution. Suspicions focus on the two roommates. Anna's brilliant intuition will reveal a much more bitter truth.

Alessandro drops by Elena's house. Alessandro discovers who really killed Irene... Marco, meanwhile, runs away. Luca has to take care of Nick, who has returned to Rome to see a friend of his and ends up entangled in a nasty story of drug trafficking.

The body of a taxi driver is found in a prostitution area. The investigation soon turns to the homosexual circuit. The revelation shocks the man's children, who did not know their father's true nature. Meanwhile, the Flavianos kidnap a woman. And to save her, Marco puts his own life at risk.

Her brother Marco is dead, but Elena can't forgive him for Irene's murder. And while the Flavianos are quietly enjoying the wait to complete the deal with Krueger, our heroes must solve the case of a surgeon accused of uxoricide, who loses his mind and takes Ingargiola and Elena hostage.

From a clue left by the Flavianos in their suite, Luca and his men finally manage to understand the ultimate goal of their plan: to get their hands on an illegal load of coltan, a precious mineral compound.

Thanks to Berti's incursion on Krueger's boat, our guys intercept the agreements between Gerace and the Flavianos, to intervene during the meeting between the boss and the Roman brothers. But first they have to face and solve a case that is close to everyone's heart: the former colleague Parmesan is accused of the murder of a loan shark.

Our team investigates the death of a woman. What appears to be an accident during sexual intercourse, takes on the appearance of a voluntary homicide, of which the woman's lover is suspected.

While the men of the X° Tuscolano prepare to celebrate Anna's wedding, they must solve a stalking case involving a young teacher. Meanwhile, a body that seems to be Valerio Flaviano is found in Perugia.

The film based on Ugo's book is ready. All of our people attend the preview except Elena, who disappeared without giving any explanation. Her colleagues are convinced that she was kidnapped.
