I just watched this episode on MeTV. The network is showing unique episode of PM this month and this is one of the few cases he lost. BUT he got a new trial because his guilty client falsely impersonated another.
There is a classic piece of dialog between Perry and Della, where she chides him for using a dangling participle in his dictation, and he tells her to undangle it. LOL.
In the epilogue scene at end Paul refers to the judge (played by Kenneth MacDonald) by name, as Judge Hartley. At least that's what I heard, and that's what I saw in the closed captioning. I found the use of the judge's name interesting. Maybe it's happened before, but this is the first I ever noticed it.

From the episodes I've seen so far (I'm on season three), I don't remember ever hearing the judges names being used.
