Love him or hate him, he is here to stay.
In S5E22 "Queens'bro Bridge" He moves in with his half-brother Skitch in a house they both owned.
In the two-part finale (S9E12 and S9E13 "China Syndrome" he gets married.
At the end of the episodes he returns home to Doug and Carrie.
Doug hires Holly, a dog walker, to walk Arthur, but it's more like he is walking all over her.
He is not very likeable, but without him the show would not be as funny

I love Arthur. He was a great character. The show wouldn't have been the same without him.

As much of a pain in the a** that he is, the show would not be the same without him.

He is freakin' hilarious! One of the best characters on the show in m y opinion.
