I tried adding the missing episodes to the seasons, but was unable to.
The missing episodes don't show up in the episode list to move over, and they also aren't already added as far as I can tell.

I've noticed there's something wrong with these missing episodes elsewhere as well. If you, in edit mode, go through the seasons menu to episode 12x1, the next episode button skips to 12x3, and then that skips to 12x8, and that to 13x6, and that to 14x1. All the missing episodes in between are the ones not selectable in the episode group menu. They're not locked or anything, maybe there's something wrong with their entries in the DB? Do they need to be recreated?
