As per the BBC website, the episode title is "Episode 1"

The 2015 archived page of the BBC episode list confirm that the episodes were just titled "Episode 1" to "Episode 8" at the time of their original broadcast.

The original broadcaster of this series is the BBC. So, the titles listed should be the titles used by the BBC.
IMDB isn't an official site. We don't know the source of the titles listed there.

@superboy97 - For Seasons 1-21, someone has messed with the episode titles again. As you mentioned, they should match the BBC website so should all simply be "Episode 1", "Episode 2" etc.

The titles have been fixed and all the English titles are now locked.
