Understood. I have since discovered a free application, called "TV Rename", I believe, which allows you to easily adjust settings to merge file names and the like to adhere with the database (for the sake of Kodi). Still, it does seem a bit of a round-about way, and I can definitely see the other poster's point, about allowing alternate episode titles (broadcast vs DVD/Blu-ray), as valid. Anyhow, thanks for your time and assistance, and for the information!
