Extra Details: not a valid special according to the contribution bible. it's a DVD bonus content/special feature for DVD Season 3, Disc 3.
I remember way back when lineker mentioned DVD bonus content was only allowed if there was an actual director credit.
there's a lot more " specials" (if not all) that aren't really specials but DVD content

Perhaps the only exception would be something like this, but according to the press release it's a special episode of Entertainment Tonight (which is pretty much abandoned on TMDB), and not of NCIS, also it features all NCIS series.

im pretty sure all those "specials" are just the result from some import dump from a database back when the TV database was a new thing. if you look at other NCIS shows, they don't have a gazillion specials. Only the one-off Entertainment Tonight specials:
I'd say nuke it all and only add the Entertainment Tonight special back.
