Currently, there is a bug in the editing system: When a contributor adds a person on season level, despite the fact that this character was already added for single episodes on episode level, the series cast list somehow omits this person (Contribution Bible). It looks like this happened for this show in August 2020:

The only way to solve this at the moment is to look for all episodes in which the person was added on episode level -> then remove all of them -> and then add all of them again. Luisa d'Oliviera was only added to S2E12, S4E13, S5E1, S6E2, and S7E1 before, which seems incomplete to me. But I don't know the show and I don't know if she was later a season regular or a guest star? Anyways, I added her again for those 5 episodes, and now she does appear in the series cast list:

I guess there are more mistakes in this list, but since I don't know the show, someone else has to fix those.

I explain this again to you:

2.) You added her to the whole season 7 as a season regular here: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/48866-the-100/edit?active_nav_item=regular_cast

But this is wrong! Because, unfortunately, there is a bug in the editing system at the moment. The solution: Before you add someone as a season regular, you have to remove this person on the episode level.

Do you understand what I mean?

Do you want to try to fix this yourself? Or should I do it one more time?

Yes I realised too late that I did the same mistake that originally cause this all problem haha ^. I am not really familiar to editing on TMDb, I've been using and really liking it for quite a time but not really practicing in editing ^. Luisa d'Oliveira plays a recurring character in season 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 (https://the100.fandom.com/wiki/Emori). I have notice that in some episodes, all the characters are listed correctly (S7E1) but in some others (S7E2), none of them appears.

I really hope that you will fix this annoying bug of the editing system soon. Have a great day !

Usually, I add persons via original credits for shows that I watch(ed). In this case, I just used the section Appearances on the wiki as a source. I added her as a season regular to seasons 4 to 7, and as a guest star for season 2 and 3. And now you can find her in the series cast and all episodes on her person page (there's another bug on this page that also has to be fixed). I think that's okay for now.

That's because no one added this data so far. Adding the cast and crew to long running tv shows is extremely time consuming and you need a lot of planning to get it correct. I usually make a spreadsheet for all episodes within a season that includes all cast/crew before I add data to TMDb - and not everyone has this time on their hands to spend. But perhaps, in the future, someone fills all the empty episodes?!?

I wish I could fix this bug - it's so annoying. But the only person who can fix this is Travis. I hope he soon finds the time, but he does so many other things, so... we have to wait.

PS: It looks like that the same bug currently exists for Tati Gabrielle, Jessica Harmon, and Eli Goree. And something is wrong with Lola Flanery's credits. I can take a look at those profiles in the next days...

I just fixed the credits for Tati Gabrielle, Jessica Harmon, Eli Goree and Lola Flanery - they all appear in the series cast list now:
