Reported Problem for Season 8

Extra Details: I watched the series finale live and NBC aired it as a double episode with Part 1 / Part 2 designation in the credits. But unlike This Is Us S05E01, NBC added it to their website with the combined title of "The Last Day," without the Part 1 / Part 2 labels.
In case reports start to come in about how episode 10 is missing, I have archived the show's homepage showing the most recent episode is S08E09, and the episode page showing that the episode has a runtime of 46 minutes.

So you're basically suggesting I open a video editing software and merge the two episodes in one single file in order to comply with the TMDB indexing method? I understand that you want to follow NBC in this (unlike many other databases all around the Internet which saw that it is actually a double episode, duration wise and everything else) but do you realize that in my country, where I did the video acquisition, it has been aired separately with end credits on episode 9? At least, isn't there a way to satisfy both cases?

We always list the series based on the first broadcasting.

I just submitted yet another duplicate for this (before I realized it was a dupe). I don't care if it's 1 episode or 2, all I care is that I binged 8 seasons of a show and still haven't seen the second half of the finale because of a "technicality". Super frustrating.
edit: I just loaded up about 15 torrents. All of them were 21 minutes. I guess I'll never see the finale.
