"The Face of Evil". Doctor Who offers a jelly baby to Leela: "Would you like a jelly baby?"
"The Doctor Dances". According to the Doctor banana is a good source of potassium.
"The Girl in the Fireplace". The Doctor tells Rose: "Always take a banana to a party, Rose. Bananas are good."
"Asylum of the Daleks". Oswin is occupied making soufflés, but where did she get the milk and eggs from?
"The Bells of Saint John". The Doctor made Clara Oswald a plate of Jammie Dodgers.
"The Eleventh Hour". Amelia Pond serves him yoghurt, bacon, beans and bread with butter. He spits them all out. After rejecting carrots, the Doctor finally decides to eat fish fingers dipped in custard. She has a big scoop of ice cream.

Do you mean the Dominators as the Brigadier wasn't in that episode? I think that you might have misread the wiki page. The 2nd Doctor ate jelly babies in the Dominator but offered them to the Brigadier in the Three Doctors. For another entry on the list, the Doctor goes on about wine and cheese in the Day of the Daleks to Jo Grant.

There are numerous scenes with jelly babies, I liked the one with Leela, when he offered her a jelly baby she reacted with: "It's true then, they say The Evil One eats babies."

Doctor: "I have a supplier. The pink ones are best."
