Do you have an official proof that it was originally broadcasted as one single episode ?

from https://www.jammersreviews.com/st-ds9/s4/warrior.php it was broadcast as a 2 hour season premire

Deep Space Nine kicks off its fourth season with a terrific two-hour premiere—an ambitious movie outing that seems to want to reinvent the series yet again.

Bumping this.

The background information section here confirms that this episode was originally aired as a single episode. The original episode promo also references a "special two hour world premier event"

This article from an unknown date doesn't list any source for this affirmation. We need a proof from the time of the broadcast.

This is a user edited website? We need a proof from the time of the original broadcast.

"Two hour event" just mean that this was broadcasted inside a 2 hours timeframe. This can be as one 2 hours episode or as two 1 hour episode, one after the other.

The only newspaper snippet available for the original broadcast date confirms that it took place as a double episode.
