We know Jimmy lies. He can say he took the pictures himself.

Chuck will be clueless as to how the photos were taken.

It could go either way: 1) Blackmail Chuck on the basis of showing his peers on the bar what a nutjob he has become and get him to drop everything. 2) Embarrass him at the bar hearing and basically take Chuck down with him.

I'm more inclined to think option 1 is the likely route.
