It should be:

Episode 1: Spark of Rebellion Episode 2: Droids in Distress etc.

Yes, the first one was a film. But it makes a lot more sense to have them ordered that way. Especially if they integrate into Plex! Besides...a double episode doesn't really make for a good film, more of a pilot episode!
