I understand what yo mean, but the actual episodes in the Season 9, are two part separated and valid episodes in this season. Since a friend of mine lent me the DVD season, I have this 2 episodes in Kodi, but are not read correctly by The Movie DB. Is there a way to mantain the special episode, but re-add the two part separated 26 and 27 episodes to the Season 9 in order to other users and me with Kodi could have the Season 9 correctly scraped?

We only support the original episodes. So adding the split, DVD/rebroadcast version is not possible. There is no good technical solution on our end for this issue, but I understand you should be able to fix the issue in Kodi by renaming your files.

The seasons should also follow the original (Japanese) airing. The original airing order is often a bit different from international broadcast or DVD releases. We have technical support for this issue. The feature is called "Episode Groups" and it allow us to create as many alternative seasons/grouping as we need. You can see an example here.

We currently do not have alternative episode groups for Pokémon. The current seasons are wrong and need to be fixed before we can create episode groups. Also, as far as I know, Kodi do not yet support episode groups. So while we have a good solution to alternative orders, it might take a little while before you can actually use it in Kodi.

All doc I read says these two episodes were aired in Japan as an original episodes in april 2006, between "Second Time's the Charm" (episode 25) and "All That Glitters is Not Golden!" Okay, I see that these two episodes were aired first time on TV Tokyo at 2006-04-13 (Thursday) 19: 00 as a single 1 hour episode. I understand you consider this first air the original episode. Also this episode was splitted in two parts aired (a very short time afterwards) on China broadcasting at 2006-04-22 (Sat) 17: 00 and on China broadcasting at 2006-04-29 (Sat) 17: 00 the second part. I saw in most of sites of internet that consider this special episode as two regulars episodes in Season 9. But now I understand what you mean, and you know this better than me, so if you think it's better to remove these 2 episodes despite the DVD seasons sequence and the most of the similar sites than this one, I'll accept that, and I'll think about how can I solve this problem in my Kodi. I think you can solve it by naming them part 1 and part 2. You can take a look at kodi help/wiki for more details regarding multi-file episodes.
