If you are talking about the "An Undersesa Place to Call Home" episode, it has been postponed in Japan, due to the sinking of the MV Sewol ferry in South Korea, and only broadcasted as the 2nd episode of the following season.

This is a consequence of the fact that the "An Undersesa Place to Call Home" episode has been postponed and appears only in season 18.

Então episódio 24 não é o "Um lugar Subaquático para se chamar de lar!", então vocês colocaram o 24 como "Escalando as Paredes!" que seria o 25, porém como não tem o "Um lugar Subaquático para se chamar de lar!" vocês trocaram. Porém, títulos, ultimo episódio, 49 tem o nome Bonnie para a Defesa, mas aqui o 49 é o 48, porém o título: Clemont, Uma Tela de Memórias! Um Reencontro Elétrico!

So, consequently, all the following episodes are switched from one position, 25 is 24, 26 is 25, ..., 35 is 34, 36 is 35, ... 48 is 47 and 49 is 48.

Uma última coisa, por que é feito pela data de transmissão no Japão?

Porque no caso, do 24, ele pertence à temporada 17, mas foi transmitido depois e isso fez ele ser colocado na temporada 18 mesmo ele não sendo dessa temporada, então acho que é menos eficiente a data de transmissão.
