The original network is not wrong; one of the original 11 episodes was longer than the others and split into two in subsequent international broadcasts, such as the US.
From what I'm seeing, none of the episodes in Season 1 exceed 49 minutes, and having watched them all in their original broadcast context, I can review the 'up next' and 'previously' cuts in the video that specifically reference Episode 12.
In any case, shouldn't Ep 12 be included for the very reasons you just noted?? Anyone indexing an 11 episode version of the first season simply won't have it added during import.
The first episode was originally 91 minutes; as I said, subsequent broadcast split this one in two. The only episode order and count that matters for TMDB is the original; re-broadcasts on other networks or releases elsewhere don't matter for the main episode listing.

The first season originally aired on Sky Atlantic with 11 episodes, not 12.

Your information is incorrect, as is IMDB's. I have WATCHED THE EPISODE. I HAVE A COPY OF IT. The season is not complete without all 12.
